Refund policy

If your purchase is not quite right, you may request a return for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Items marked as sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To request a return or exchange, please email marissa@partywavepants.com

Please note, we can't extend the return window beyond 14 days. As a small business, we appreciate your support and kindly ask that you follow this policy.

Eligibility:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date and shipped within 18 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges:
At the time, we offer exchanges for the same style in a different size or color only. Note that we are a startup brand and our quantities are very limited. We will do our best to fulfill any exchange request, but the sooner you make your request the higher likelihood we can accommodate with your preferred size and style. In the event that the item you want to exchange for is not in stock, we will issue you store credit for a future purchase. Once your return starts tracking as in transit, your exchange order will be placed. Please note that dropping off a return does not automatically mean it is in transit; the exchange will be processed once the package is moving through the postal system.

Store Credit: Once your return starts tracking as in transit back to us, your online credit will be issued. We’re unable to expedite credits until we see that your return is in transit.

Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We are unable to hold items for exchanges, so we recommend shipping your return promptly.
